Erotic Tai-Chi Wellness

When: Sundays 11:00-12:00pm
Cost: $10. per person
Where: CSPC Annex (When Tai Chi and Yoga are on the same day, Tai Chi will be either in the RAW or Main Space. This will be noted on the door.)

Tai-Chi Wellness is a program designed to focus on centering and improving ones health through fluid meditative movement, proper breathing techniques, and focused breath control. Mac has combine techniques from long form Tai-Chi, Chi healing and Qi-gong. He will also be teaching healing techniques to help people heal themselves or loved ones. This will not only benefit your health and those close to you, but also could enhance your sex life as many of the energy techniques can be transferred to the bedroom and playroom.

There will be partner exercises in order to practice transferring energy from one person to another and push-hands drills. No prior experience or fitness level necessary ~ Mac can make this work for anyone with any physical limitations. Tai-Chi is known for lowering blood pressure, improving balance, balancing & toning muscles, helping with chronic breathing problems, improving sleep and coordinating the body, mind & breath.

This class will be a moving, interactive workshop. Wear comfortable, loose and easy to move in clothing.

About the Instructor:
“Shihan” Mac Scotty McGregor is
Headmaster of McGregor’s Martial Arts & A Safer You, & co-owner of Bad Brothers Productions.

Shihan McGregor is one of the highest-ranking martial artists in the world and is recognized by many as the best competitive fighters in traditional martial arts. Shihan” literally translates “Teacher of Teachers” and is Mac’s martial arts Title. Mac is one of only a handful of martial artist to be awarded the rank of tenth degree in a traditional Okinawan / Japanese martial art. Mac now has over thirty-nine years experience in the martial arts and holds the rank of fourth degree or higher in seventeen different traditional styles of martial arts. Shihan Mac is a keynote speaker at youth events, motivational events, sporting events, entrepreneurial groups and travels worldwide for appearances on television programs, talk shows, at martial arts & sports clinics and corporate seminars.

His martial arts career began at the age of seven when he joined a self-defense class at his elementary school, and has continued uninterrupted throughout his life. Mac is an open transgendered male activist, who believes the way we make change is to be out about who we are & open to talk about it in a productive way. Making change and acceptance with a growing understanding for one another makes us stronger as a whole community

Shihan McGregor has been recognized numerous times for his skills and contributions to the martial arts. Mac has done stunt work in several TV shows, has been a bodyguard to many celebrities and is now co-owner of Bad Brothers Productions a documentary and training film company.
