Where: Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104

**NOTE: The pre-SaS confab at 7:15pm is REQUIRED for attendance this month, as the hosts have some updated rules that they’d like to announce. Please plan on attending if you want to stay for the party.

Intimacy is defined as close familiarity or friendship. A sex-positive venue provides a space for folx to learn more about identity, being perceived, and embracing the spectrum of sexuality in a respectful and non-judgmental way. Put the two together and you have SaS!

Sense and Sensuality provides a relaxed, social, and non-escalatory environment for folx to make connections that could grow into something more, with prompts to help members initiate connections and gentle play.

For the first half of the event, the full venue is “Lights On” for platonic intimacy with semi-nudity. We encourage attendees to bring group or solo activities, like games, arts & crafts, or a book! Interested in non-escalatory kink? We love seeing rope play, sensation play, hypnosis play, etc.

For the second half of the event at 9:00pm, the main level remains “Lights On” while the lower level of the venue transitions into “Lights Off” for sensual and sexual intimacy. This is the only part of the event that permits sexual conversations, sexual scenes, and full nudity

Take note: SaS is not a sex-focused event, however we are mindful of those who may not be frequent CSPC attendees and offer the “Lights Off” environment for them to enjoy the full experience of a sex-positive space.

What is included with this ticket:

Parking:

  • Gallery Erato is located at 309 1st Ave S. in Pioneer Square. There is a pay parking lot along our north wall. Less expensive options are available a few blocks away.

  • Street parking is free after 6 p.m., and there are many paid parking lots and garages within a few block radius.

  • This neighborhood is very well served by public transportation, including many bus lines, the streetcar, and the Pioneer Square LINK light rail station which is two blocks to the east.

  • We are located very close to the stadiums, and parking becomes more difficult and expensive when there are games, concerts, or other events happening in the neighborhood. Plan accordingly for driving time and parking arrangements.

Accessibility:

  • There is a small lip from the brick sidewalk into the Gallery. We have a non-permanent wheelchair ramp to transition over this lip so that the main floor of our space is accessible to folks in wheelchairs. Please let us know when you arrive if you need the ramp.

  • There is play space, refreshments, and restrooms on the main floor. Please note that some events reserve parts of the main floor for social activities or “lights on” time and therefore may not have as much play space

  • The basement, which has additional play space and restrooms, is only accessible by stairs

  • Restrooms are gender neutral, and can be found on both floors

  • This is not a scent-free space
