Other Community Events to Enjoy!
The CSPC throws amazing parties and hosts many important discussions on various topics. But luckily, we live in a place where there are many more options to dive into sex- and body-positive culture. The list below is just a sampling of some great events coming up in the next month.
We include non-CSPC events in every issue. If you have an event suggestion or feedback from a past event you’ve attended, please email Marissa at newsletter@thecspc.org and it might make it into our next issue!

Michael Florentino Cellars | Drag Queen Bingo (free | in person)
Join us for a fabulous night of Drag Queen Bingo benefiting ProChoice WA! Get ready for an evening filled with laughter, entertainment, and a whole lot of glamour! Theatre Off Jackson | Much Ado About Nothing ($5+ | in person)
For drag king Benny Dick and nightclub femmecee Beatrice, love is a real drag. Adapted by and co-produced with Jo Jo Stiletto, Noveltease Theatre’s production of Much Ado About Nothing reimagines the play in the context of queer nightlife in post-Stonewall Seattle in a production filled with witty banter, disco music, and pure queer joy, directed by Verity Germaine and choreographed by Fosse Jack and Flossy Beatrice.

Abbey Arts | Pitch-a-Friend ($45+ | in person)
Pitch-A-Friend Seattle hosts one-of-a-kind events that celebrate friendship and real-life connection, where people pitch their awesome single friends to a crowd of fellow singles. Join us for an opportunity to learn Queer history, mixology, and meet cool people! Our mixology class will include the opportunity for you to mix three full size cocktails. Each cocktail will be accompanied by a story of a key moment in Queer history, themed to the cocktail. While you're enjoying your drink, you'll see people hype up their friends in a 3-5 minute slide presentation, followed by mingle time to get to know one another.

On The Boards | Clayton Lee's The Goldberg Variations ($25+ | in person)
An unhinged dive into power dynamics, sexual desire, and vulnerability that entangles queer sexuality with classical music and professional wrestling. What are the blueprints of sexual desire and fantasy? In this unapologetic investigation of power dynamics and identity, Clayton Lee invites the audience to confront that very question through an intimate and unfiltered reckoning of his sexual and romantic history.

The Beacon Cinema | SECS Fest Presents Raspberry Reich ($15 | in person)
With The Raspberry Reich, director and gay provocateur Bruce LaBruce delves into “terrorist chic” to explore the innately radical potential of homosexual expression. The result is a sharp and sexy satire of extreme left-wing politics. Founded by the Seattle Erotica Cinema Society in 2016, SECS Fest celebrates a diverse range of sexually explicit representations, finding beauty in erotic difference and inspiring adult conversations about sex.

Kink Center | Modern Palaestra: Nude Wrestling for Queer Men ($25 | in person)
Welcome to the first in-person Modern Palaestra wrestling event. Inspired by the ancient Greek palaestra—spaces where men gathered for wrestling, physical training, and development—we’re reimagining that tradition for queer men today through masculine expression, sexual empowerment, and embodiment. This will be a facilitated nude wrestling experience beginning with a brief safety and consent orientation. No wrestling experience is necessary, and men of all body types and backgrounds are welcome. The Modern Palaestra is an affinity space for queer men. If you identify as a man and somewhere on the queer spectrum, you’re welcome—including trans men. Wrestle as much or as little as you’d like, or simply come as a spectator. This first event will be a dry run, with hopes of exploring oil wrestling at future gatherings.
October 3
Pan Eros Foundation | Shitty Art Show Rides Again! ($5+ | in person)
Monsterhaüs Gallery returns to Gallery Erato for a night of terrible art and absolute wonder… You are cordially invited to attend and contribute to the grand re-opening of Shitty Art Show. In addition to being a magnificent event, the evening will serve as a fundraiser for Pan Eros Foundation. Dress in your *finest* cocktail attire, and plan to admire and discuss a "tastefully" curated collection of terrible art as part of the Immersive Improvisational Theatrics of the evening. Your help is needed to bring the gallery to life. Please plan to find or make shitty art to bring and display. The gallery is accepting submissions of terrible 2-D and 3-D visual art using physical mediums (no prints of digital art; AI generated art will not be included). We will also feature shitty performances, including dance, spoken word, dramatic readings, musical performance, or whatever else you can imagine.

Pan Eros Foundation | Seduction ($45+ | in person)
This year, Seduction will be ON Halloween night, which of course means that we need to go bigger. Bolder. Sexier. Follow us down the rabbit hole and see what delights await! Seattle’s sexiest Halloween party will be invading the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall on October 31, 2026. And remember, Seduction: Wicked Wonderland is a fundraiser for the 2027 Seattle Erotic Art Festival. By attending Seduction, you help make SEAF go!
