Celebrating Our Amazing VolunteersThis month has two awesome events for our crew of passionate and dedicated volunteers.

On September 9th the CSPC board will be hosting and staffing a play party just for volunteers and their guests. Festivities will include panini pressed sandwiches, a BYO blanket/pillow cuddle pit, and all the favorite play furniture pieces. The ticket link can be found in the CSPC Volunteer Google Group. More info here:

Volunteer Appreciation Party
Sunday, September 9th, 6-10 pm

In addition to a volunteer appreciation party, we will also be hosting a Party Champions Munch. This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about the party planning process. If you want to see more parties at the CSPC, then this is one of the best ways to get involved in making that happen! Bring your party ideas and meet with other CSPC members. There’s no need to register for this friendly meetup, and you can find more details here:

News from the CSPC Board
Most of the content from this month’s board meeting has been covered in the rest of this newsletter however Executive Director, Nick Vu, shared an important reminder about digital communication best practices, and we wanted to share it with our readership as well.

As a community we strive to accommodate each others anonymity needs. Many people find it helpful to create a dedicated kinky email account that can be used for logins, communication, etc. Similarly you can use a "scene name" rather than your everyday name. If you choose to make any changes, you can update your CSPC profile on your own in the Member Portal. Keep in mind, it may take time for acquaintances to remember to use your new name or email. Offer consistent, polite corrections when needed.

If you’d like to hear the latest updates, meet fellow members, and bring your thoughts, questions, and concerns to the CSPC Board, please join us for our next meeting. All are welcome!
