Hey folks,
We've rolled out a new incident reporting process! This new system involves the participation of several board members to help make decisions more quickly. It also involves partial anonymization as an effort to afford bias and conflicts of interest. The President and Vice President receive all incoming incident reports, anonymize them, and send it to a rotation of other board members to decide on what appropriate action should be taken.
That's just for incidents reported through our online form. At events, if you have a concern with another member, please reach out to a monitor or the on-duty EC. On Discord, reach out to a mod. Regular reports from our Events and Comms Directors are in the process of being worked into this system so we can consistently promote our culture of consent.
